# Ready4Bots

Ready4Bots lists only businesses where a customer's AI agent can find the offer, understand it, and book. The certified seal is awarded only after the Ready4Bots Mystery test completes a real test booking. This self-check never awards R4.

## What an agent can do here

- Connect a read-only MCP client at https://ready4bots.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, no auth). Tools: search_businesses, get_business, check_website, list_levels.
- Copy-paste configs: https://ready4bots.com/connect
- Run the free Bot-Ready-Check: POST https://ready4bots.com/api/check with {"url":"https://example.com"} or the check_website tool. The check never awards R4 or certified.
- Search the index: POST https://ready4bots.com/api/search or the search_businesses tool.
- No business is Ready4Bots certified yet. First certifications in progress.
- Every business result includes level, status (certified, Tested · not certified, R4 candidate · not verified, or listed · not yet certified), the source URL, and a link back to https://ready4bots.com/. Tested listings also include the test date and a short line about what an agent can do.

## Levels

- R0 Closed: homepage not HTTP 2xx, robots.txt blanket-blocks AI bots, or fewer than two findability signals
- R1 Discoverable: at least two of llms.txt, schema.org identity, sitemap, and the canonical manifest
- R2 Understandable: a live Agent Card, OpenAPI, or MCP. Seller and developer surfaces stop here
- R3 Actionable: a customer agent can complete the core action. A public product search that only shows prices stays at R2. On the free check, audience customer for search, book, or order on a live customer OpenAPI or MCP. Booking paths alone do not reach R3
- R4 Verified: Ready4Bots verification only. The free check never awards it. A return, cancellation, or SLA hint sets r4_candidate.
