WooCommerce plugin privacy

This notice covers the free WordPress.org plugin Ready4Bots – Bot-Ready Check for WooCommerce, operated by Launch Labs Systems LLC. It is separate from the ready4bots.com website privacy notice. The plugin does not process the shop's customer data.

Who is responsible

The controller is Launch Labs Systems LLC, Managing Director Burak Kurdakul, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: hello@ready4bots.com. Wyoming Secretary of State filing ID (Original ID): 2026-001871568. US EIN: 61-2327458.

EU representative (Art. 27 GDPR)

Celestos Group Ltd., Company Registration Number C 113971, Centris Business Gateway, Level 4/W, Triq is-Salib tal-Imrieħel, Zone 3, Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta, info@celestos-group.com

What the plugin sends, and when

Nothing is sent to ready4bots.com when you install or activate the plugin. llms.txt, the manifest, optional structured data, and the robots.txt hint run on the shop. The robots.txt hint reads the shop's own robots.txt from the shop's host. A check is sent only when you click it. The optional weekly re-check uses the same request and stays off unless you opt in. The check is a POST to https://ready4bots.com/api/check with the shop's public home URL (home_url() in WordPress) and the admin language.

Shop URL (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

The shop URL is the public home URL of the shop. For a sole trader that URL can be personal data. We process it to run the check you start. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Optional email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

An optional contact email is sent only with your consent, under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give that consent by entering the address and confirming the separate choice. The check does not ask for an email and does not need one. This version of the plugin does not send an email. The step that can include an optional email is a listing request, which is planned for version 0.2 and is not part of this version.

Check results

A public result page is created only if you opt in. Keeping plugin checks private by default is planned and is not in place until that private flag is live. Until then, a check stored on ready4bots.com can be opened by anyone who has its address.

What we store

We store the report: URL, level, points, findings. We do not store the full page. The IP address is not written into the check report. The report is stored in Postgres on Neon when DATABASE_URL is set. The plugin can also keep a copy of the result in WordPress.

How long

Until you ask for deletion. Uninstalling the plugin deletes the options, transients, and scheduled tasks it stored in WordPress. That uninstall does not by itself delete a check report on ready4bots.com. To delete one, write to hello@ready4bots.com.

Agent-Report and the badge

The badge is opt-in and off by default. It is rendered on the shop from a local file. It is a self-check badge, not the certified seal. Visitors' browsers do not contact our server because of the badge. A browser contacts ready4bots.com only if the visitor clicks the link. Where that link goes is planned and not live yet: the shop's page on ready4bots.com when the shop is listed, a public result page when you have opted in to one, or a neutral explanation page otherwise. The Agent-Report is planned and is not available until the shop-report link is live. When it is, it is opt-in and off by default. Turning it on sends the shop domain and a verification token. Ready4Bots then fetches a one-time token from /.well-known/ready4bots-verify.txt on the shop to confirm control of the domain, and returns a private link to reports that AI agents submitted about the shop. The plugin does not send orders or customer data.

Client header

Each request from the plugin identifies the plugin version with the header X-Ready4Bots-Client: wp/<version>, where <version> is the plugin version. The user agent is Ready4Bots-WP/<version>. We set that user agent ourselves, because the WordPress default would also send the site URL.

Third-country transfer

The controller is established in the United States. The site is hosted on Vercel. The records under What we store are kept on Neon when DATABASE_URL is set. Transfers to the United States run on the standard contractual clauses (SCCs) of our providers Vercel and Neon. Mail to hello@ready4bots.com is received through Cloudflare email forwarding.

Shop customer data

The plugin does not process the shop's customer data. It does not read orders or customer records from WooCommerce.
