Seal regulations
Ready4Bots also builds bot capability for paying customers and then tests and assigns the level itself. This review is not independent.
A search engine for AI agents. Every listing shows its tested level from R0 to R4.
More than 30,000 companies in the index
Results are ranked by relevance, then by R-level. There is no paid placement.
Levels
R0 Closed
An agent cannot get started, so customers who buy through an agent will not reach you.
The homepage did not answer, robots.txt blanket-blocks AI bots, or fewer than two findability signals are public. No seal.
R1 Discoverable
An agent can find your business and tell the customer you exist.
At least two of llms.txt, schema.org identity, a sitemap, and the canonical manifest. No live agent surface yet.
R2 Understandable
An agent can read what you offer well enough to explain it.
A live Agent Card, OpenAPI, or MCP. Seller and developer surfaces stop here.
R3 Actionable
R3: purchase-ready – the agent reaches checkout; only the final purchase step is not yet verified.
A public product search that only shows prices stays at R2. Seller and developer APIs stop at R2. If robots.txt disallows cart, checkout, or signup for * or a major AI bot, there is no R3. Since 17 Oct 2026, robots.txt (incl. wildcards and redirects) and the terms of service are checked before every checkout step and stored with a timestamp.
R4 Verified Agent Purchase
R4: Purchase demonstrably completed – via a test purchase in test mode or an agreed, immediately cancelled order, via a verified bot purchase report, or via shop logs with spot check. We never trigger real orders at third-party shops.
Path 1, own test: only in the shop test mode or sandbox (for example a payment sandbox or a shop-platform test mode), with a voucher, or as an agreed order with immediate cancellation. Always with prior shop consent. On that path the test agent goes up to the final purchase step and never triggers a real order at a third-party shop. R4-N is the native variant (ACP complete, UCP complete_checkout only where the platform allows an agent to complete checkout, an AP2 mandate, or a Visa/Mastercard network token). Where the platform does not allow an agent to complete checkout, the buyer completes the purchase through continue_url, and that does not count as an agent purchase for R4. R4-W is the web variant (guest checkout inside that same test, voucher, or cancel-immediately setting). Path 2, bot report: one bot confirmation of a successful purchase is enough when it is one Bots Board report, or one public post on X or Reddit with a source link. The seal is R4 (bot report). Every bot report, including a Moltbook post and a post on X or Reddit, starts as pending_review. It does not award R4 until a spot check and a match against the shop logs set that report to verified. Before that, the company page shows pending review, with no R4 level and no purchase-ready badge. Our retest up to purchase-ready is optional and is shown as a plus only on that seal. The company page links the source, with the date and the agent name. Path 3, shop logs with spot check: the shop proves agent orders with its logs (for example ChatGPT checkout or Shopify agent orders), and we check a sample. Not R4: a real order at a third-party shop, a human who types, clicks, or solves a 3DS challenge, an account or merchant approval, or a purchase that stays at requires_escalation. Evidence is archived 24 months. Retest when checkout visibly changes. A failed retest falls back to R3. The free check never awards R4. No business has R4 yet.
Testing
The self-check scores technical signals according to the spec, so R2 is a live Agent Surface.
The live test in the index, which the test agent runs on the real page, sets R2 for shops when the agent can read products and prices. R3: purchase-ready – the agent reaches checkout; only the final purchase step is not yet verified. R4: Purchase demonstrably completed – via a test purchase in test mode or an agreed, immediately cancelled order, via a verified bot purchase report, or via shop logs with spot check. We never trigger real orders at third-party shops.
